Welcome to Proclm Akademik Türkiye (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our hybrid learning Services. By enrolling or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services, or have consent from a parent/guardian.

  • By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

2. Enrollment & Accounts

  • Each student must create an account with accurate details.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Unauthorized account sharing is prohibited.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • Course fees must be paid as outlined on our website or invoices.

  • Refunds, if applicable, are subject to our refund policy stated at enrollment.

  • Proclm may suspend access for non-payment.

4. Acceptable Use

When using our Services, you agree to:

  • Use the content only for personal educational purposes.

  • Not engage in plagiarism, cheating, or academic dishonesty.

  • Not share or distribute course materials without permission.

  • Not misuse the platform for illegal, harmful, or disruptive activities.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, content, logos, and trademarks are the property of Proclm or its partners.

  • You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use course materials for personal learning.

  • Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Certificates & Outcomes

  • Completion of courses may result in certifications, subject to meeting academic requirements.

  • We do not guarantee employment or career advancement, although our Services aim to enhance employability.

7. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:

  • These Terms are violated.

  • Fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior is detected.

  • Legal obligations require such action.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Proclm provides educational Services “as is” without warranties of guaranteed results.

  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul, Turkey.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
